Introduction

If you don’t create your own reality, you are condemned to live in someone else’s.

Morning Star, meaning “Lucifer,” is generally assumed to be Venus. However, I believe that Lucifer, the morning star, should be assigned to Sirius, which rises with the Sun to announce the annual inundation of the Nile.

The rising of Sirius is the birth of the mother’s son, the morning star, which fertilizes the valley of the Nile, the body of the mother, making the mother pregnant with new life. This new life can be one of two types. The mother can be impregnated by the energy of Horus to continue the previous world order and maintain the status quo of previous generations; or, she can be impregnated by the energy of Set to realize a new world order rising from the ruins of the old to create original and unique life situations.

Philosophy Behind the Images

The illustrations of the Tarot of the Morning Star are visual representations of specific frequencies resonating with their corresponding worlds. They can be compared to specific stations on a radio dial. However, unlike the radio receiver that only presents the ghost voices of disembodied entities we cannot see, the images of the Morning Star tarot cards offer the experience of hallucinated voices, vision, and emotion: the source of the transmission. We can see, hear, feel, and communicate directly with the entity and are not limited by time and space.

The tarot’s images are also gates relating to rites of passage and places of testing displaying parallels to images displayed in ancient texts such as The Egyptian Book of the Dead.

Distinction between the Reasoning Mind and Consciousness

The reasoning mind involves the use of logic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. It is the cognitive process through which we can draw conclusions, make decisions, and form judgments based on available evidence or information. Our ability to reason enables us to think abstractly, consider multiple perspectives, and weigh the pros and cons of different options. We believe these functions to be a creation of the physical brain.

On the other hand, consciousness is the subjective experience of being aware and having a sense of self. It involves our sensory perceptions, thoughts, emotions, and the ability to reflect on our mental states. Consciousness allows us to have a first-person perspective and be consciously aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. We believe consciousness to exist outside of the physical body.

In summary, reasoning, and consciousness are distinct aspects of the human mind. Reasoning enables us to think logically, analyze information, and make informed decisions to function within the material world, while consciousness refers to our subjective awareness and self-reflective experience. Both play crucial roles in our cognitive functioning and are essential for our ability to understand and navigate the world around us.

Dedicated to the spirit of Sixteen who emerges through the living Sphinx that is the wheel of the Taro.
